Getting Started with BodhiFlow
Welcome to BodhiFlow! Here's how to make the most of your mindful productivity journey:
Adding Tasks
Create tasks with these mindful parameters:
- Title & Description: Be clear about what you want to accomplish
- Category: Work, Personal, Creative, or Chores
- Duration: Estimate from 5 minutes to 2 hours
- Energy Level: Choose Low 🧘, Medium 💡, or High 🔥
- Deadline: Optional, but helpful for time-sensitive tasks
Using Mood Mode
Select your current energy state:
- 😴 Tired: Perfect for low-energy, simple tasks
- 🙂 Neutral: Good for medium-energy routine work
- 🚀 Energized: Ideal for high-energy creative or challenging tasks
Understanding Your Stats
Track your productivity patterns:
- Completion Rate: See how you perform at different energy levels
- Weekly Mood: Understand your energy patterns
- Flow Tasks: Identify activities that bring you joy and focus
iPad Features
BodhiFlow is optimized for iPad with:
- Drag-and-drop task reorganization
- Split-screen multitasking support
- Optional Kanban board view
- Widget for "Task of the Day"
Sync Across Devices
BodhiFlow works perfectly offline, but you can optionally create an account to sync your tasks across all your devices:
- Create Account: Go to Settings and tap "Create Account" to enable sync
- Sign In: Use the same account on all your devices to keep everything in sync
- Offline First: The app works fully offline - sync happens automatically when connected
- Privacy: All synced data is encrypted and you control your information
Managing Your Account
If you've created an account for syncing:
- View Account: Settings > Manage Account
- Change Email: Update your sync email address
- Export Data: Download all your tasks and data
- Delete Account: Permanently remove your account and server data
Account Deletion
You can delete your BodhiFlow account at any time:
- Open the BodhiFlow app
- Go to Settings > Manage Account
- Tap "Delete my account"
- Confirm your decision
When you delete your account:
- All data stored on our servers will be permanently removed within 30 days
- You'll stop syncing across devices immediately
- Local data on your device remains until you delete the app
- This action cannot be undone
Troubleshooting
Sync not working? Check your internet connection and make sure you're signed in to the same account on all devices.
App not syncing? Try signing out and back in from Settings > Manage Account.
Tasks not appearing? If you have an account, check if sync is enabled. Otherwise, try refreshing the app or restarting your device.
Notifications not working? Check your device notification settings for BodhiFlow.
Can't delete account? Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
Mindful Productivity Tips
- Start each day by checking in with your energy level
- Don't force high-energy tasks when you're tired
- Celebrate small completions - every task matters
- Use the mini-journaling feature to reflect on your progress
- Remember: productivity isn't about doing more, it's about doing what aligns with you
Account Deletion
You can delete your BodhiFlow account at any time:
- Open the BodhiFlow app
- Go to Settings > Manage Account
- Tap "Delete my account"
- Confirm your decision
When you delete your account, all your data stored on our servers will be permanently removed within 30 days. Data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the app.
